4. Engaging our services

Engaging our services is formalized through a proposal or specific contract, which details the scope, duration, fees, and particular conditions of each project. These general terms apply as a complement to that agreement.

5. Fees and billing

Management fees are billed according to the frequency agreed in the proposal. Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms) is managed directly from the client's own accounts and is not part of our management fees, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Results and expectations

GrowSphere uses professional methodologies aimed at improving campaign performance and the client's digital visibility. That said, we do not guarantee specific results, specific search rankings, or exact sales or lead figures, as these depend on multiple factors outside our control, including the algorithms and policies of third-party platforms like Google or Meta.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this website (text, design, logo, code, and images) is owned by GrowSphere or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Cancellation and contract term

Service agreements do not include a mandatory minimum term unless expressly agreed in the proposal. Either party may request cancellation of the service with 30 days' notice.

9. Limitation of liability

GrowSphere will not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party platform failures (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads), or changes to their advertising policies that are outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of British Columbia, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

GrowSphere may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page along with their update date.
